I Give the teachers of River East Montessori School.Inc permission to act on my behalf to deal with Medical Emergency.

Enrollment Agreement

This is agreement is River East Montessori School INC. And the parent (s) / guardian(s) of (the child) nursery school program

Registration will be considered complete only upon receipt of non-refundable fee of $100
I/we understand and agree to pay monthly fees on the 1st day of the month.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I/we also understand and agree to provide one month written notice for withdrawal of a child from River East Montessori School INC. And pay the fees in lieu of notice.
I/we also understand and agree to pay one month fees in the event of immediate withdrawal or withdrawal without notice.
I/we have read and understand fully the terms of enrollment of River East Montessori School INC and agree to abide by the requirements stated.
